The first time it snowed everybody was thrilled. They excitedly went outside. Leona pretended to sled by shuffling her feet down the hill. Clara made snow balls. There wasn't enough snow to build a full snow man but Eliza and Collin built a Calvin and Hobbes style snow man who looked like he was melting back into the ground and calling for help. By the next morning he was almost covered, by the fresh coating of snow.
